Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej przebudowy i rozbudowy budynku szkoły w Rudzie. ul. Szkolna 8, 19-200 Ruda, gm. Grajewo wraz ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania na Ośrodek Kultury.
1. Stan istniejący
Budynek szkoły, zbudowany w 1939 r. obiekt bezstylowy, autor projektu nieznany. Powierzchnia użytkowa ok. 376 m2, kubatura ok. 1200 m3 Długość: 28,4m, szerokość (korpus główny): 10 m
Budynek zabytkowy, znajdujący się w wojewódzkiej ewidencji zabytków woj. Podlaskiego, nr ewidencyjny 2313 oraz nr inwentarzowy karty 2199.
